Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern access to the Toki website, Discord assistant, installation flow, transcript service, and private beta features. By using Toki, you agree for yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and authorized to install Toki for the relevant Discord server.
Installation and administration
You are responsible for your Discord identity, authorized workspace members, configured meeting destinations, and activity performed with your credentials.
Do not share credentials or attempt to bypass workspace, role, channel, meeting, disclosure, or action-approval boundaries.
Meeting notice and consent
You are responsible for providing notices and obtaining permissions required to invite Toki, process voice, and create a transcript. Recording and consent laws vary by location.
Do not start Toki where capture is prohibited or where participants have not received the notice or supplied the consent required by your organization and applicable law.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Toki for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or rights-infringing activity.
- Do not upload malware, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, disrupt the service, or evade access controls.
- Do not use transcripts or later generated output as the sole basis for high-impact employment, legal, medical, financial, or safety decisions.
Customer content and output
You retain rights in content you provide and authorize the limited processing needed to operate Toki and its configured providers.
Transcripts and generated artifacts may be incomplete or incorrect. Review them before relying on them or sending work to another system.
Beta availability
Toki is provided as a private beta without a published paid plan. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Usage limits and workspace allowlists may be applied to protect the service.
Access may be suspended to address security risk, comply with law, protect another workspace, or investigate a material violation.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free transcripts, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected. Your pilot contact can provide any organization-specific agreement that supplements these public beta terms.
